Later, Bill Hersh will refer to the current state and future of education in health IT, followed by Javier Carnicero. Several different activities will also be taking place simultaneously.

On the second day, a talk will be given on experiences in computerization in healthcare institutions and the implementation of terminology services in the public sector, with speakers including William Tierney, Alejandro Pazos, Judy Logan and Guilherme Del Fiol.

The third day will have a new focus on the paradigm change with regard to the form, speed and ease with which we can now make use of information from companies and institutions without needing to turn into mathematicians or statisticians. Specialists present at this event will include Lincoln de Assis Moura, Andrés Fernández, Patricia Abbott once more, and representatives sharing their experience of the TV channel at the Hospital Italiano, the HIBATV Project.
