In 2012 Agfa plans to expand its portfolio by 15% in Brazil

Agfa HealthCare, a leading provider of diagnostic imaging and healthcare IT solutions, announces today that it has reached an agreement to acquire all the shares of WPD, one of the leading healthcare IT companies in Brazil. The transaction price will not be disclosed.
