HIMSS is now accepting nominations for awards that recognize significant professional contributions to the field of health IT.
Each year, HIMSS gives 15 awards in four categories: industry service, HIMSS service, publications and chapters. Recipients are volunteers and leaders in the field who have contributed to the improvement of healthcare through the use of information systems and management.
Nominations will be accepted through Oct. 15. Winners will be honored at the Awards Banquet at HIMSS14.
