Description of the Role: The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: Managing a work team, delegation of short and medium term tasks to team members, administration and periodic monitoring of agreed upon service levels, incident monitoring, creation of reports, creation of monthly payment lists, expansion and update of the knowledge base (creation and update of instructions and procedures) and monitoring of ITIL best practice.
