Description of the Role: The successful candidate will install and set up IT solutions for clients (hardware and software), provide training courses for clients in the use of IT solutions, assess and resolve the issues assigned to them at the Call Center, and record all manner of actions regarding tasks assigned via Clarify. They will also contribute to the Quality Management system, make suggestions and actively participate in team meetings and work with their colleagues to improve processes in all areas.
Requirements: Mastery of Technical English. Knowledge of installation and administration of networks and platforms on Windows (XP, Window 7, Windows Server 2003/2008). Functional knowledge of clinical analysis laboratories will be valued.
