Description of the role: The selected person will be in charge of design and implementation of health administration strategies in the access department of Pfizer Colombia. Their functions will include developing and applying strategies, models and programs for health administration; supporting the training and strategies of internal clients relating to integral health administration; ensuring the proper delivery of content, materials and other commitments; and participating in meetings with internal and external clients, public and private entities, suppliers and governmental bodies.
Education: Professional graduate in Medicine with ample knowledge of the organization and functions of the General Social Security System of Colombia, health administration models, epidemiology and public health.
Requirements: Demonstrable experience in coordination or management roles related to healthcare management, design and implementation of solutions, models and/or health programs and in issues related to quality of health, epidemiology and public health. Availability to travel inside and outside of the country. Advanced level of informatics tools and English.
