The institutions who will take part in the third congress on medical information technology to be held between the 29th and 31st of August in the Faculty of Information Technology of La Plata are: the Asociación Argentina de Informática Médica (Argentinian Association of Medical Information Technology, AAIM), the Comité de Informática Médica de la Asociación Médica Argentina (Committee of Medical Information Technology of the Argentinian Medical Association, AMA), the Grupo de Informática Biomédica de Buenos Aires (Group of Biomedical Information Technology of Buenos Aires, GIBBA), HL7 Argentina, the Sociedad Argentina de Bioingeniería (Argentinian Bioengineering Society, SABI) and the Sociedad Argentina de Informática (Argentinian Information Technology Society, SADIO).
Call for the Submission of Scientific Works
The main theme of CAIS 2012 will be Interoperability and a special focus will be placed on works linked to the subject. However, as usual, submissions of all works linked to the traditional subject areas of our Congress are encouraged:

Works can be in Spanish, Portuguese or English and The date for the presentation of works is up to the 31st May, 2012
