Begins on the Friday 15th of June
The course is aimed at directors of public or private healthcare and social security institutions, managers, coordinators and consultants in the production, service and quality areas with a focus on strategic objectives, budget and administrative control, heads of social programs, professionals and heads of technical areas, departments or subcontracted services.
The content of the course includes: control panels and systems, the Kaplan and Norton Integrated Control Panel, causal relationship diagrams, financial indicators, financial objectives and strategic problems linked to financial perspective, productivity, efficiency and quality indicators, action plans for internal processes, the learning and development perspective, staff and the lack of innovation, satisfaction indicators and staff training, introducing new technologies, strategic problems related to the customers of healthcare institutions, satisfaction and quality of care, action plans for complaint management and resolving problems with care.
The course will be taught in person with 1 class every 15 days on Fridays between 10AM and 5PM at the ISALUD University offices, Venezuela 847, CABA.
