Every year, this conference is a venue for professional meetings and exchange and provides essential information about new releases and launches in imaging diagnostics.
With more than 20 scientists who will present their latest findings, RSNA is also a place to meet professional colleagues and learn about the latest advances in medical imaging hardware and software.
Added to this is the possibility of finding out more about the economy that drives the global industry, and tele-radiology, which are in constant flux, especially in the medical imaging market.
Among the talks on offer is one by Agfa HealthCare which will announce details about its research into the application of digital images in the field of pathology, as well as the use of new technologies and improvements in clinical and communications work.
Carestream’s contribution will focus on add-on clinical applications such as women’s health, oncology, orthopedics, 3D, and Vue diagnostics reports including voice recognition and digital dictation. It will also add new clinical modes such as digital tomo-synthesis for breast scans and the new Cancer Care department.
