With the objective of training human resources to plan, design, implement, operate and evaluate TeleHealth projects, the National Institute of Public Health of Mexico is to offer a remote diploma.
The curricular program of the TeleHealth Diploma shall be imparted over a virtual course of 20 weeks and is divided in four modules: Basics, Communication Networks, Clinical Applications and Decision-making Support.
The idea of the academic course is to help professionals improve their everyday medical practice for different levels of care. The diploma is thus aimed at doctors, nurses, biomedical/clinical/systems/telecommunications engineers, ICT specialists, informatics doctors, and administration staff.
The classes will take place between April 20 and September 5, 2015 and graduates from the course will receive a diploma issued by the School of Public Health of Mexico with curricular value certifying 160 study hours.
The diploma has 40 places and a cost of $16,000.00 (Mexican pesos)
