At a meeting in the middle of October this year, at the 5th Congress of Standardized Medical Information, Ehealth Reporter Latin America spoke to the sociologist Andrés Fernández, head of the Social Development Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL) and Javier Carnicero Giménez de Azcárate, Director of the National Healthcare System Observatory at the Spanish Ministry of Health and Social Policy, and also head of the Spanish Society of Medical Information (SEIS).
