The 2nd Pre-Congress on Integrated Healthcare Service Networks (IHSN) was attended by the Vice-Governor of Santiago del Estero, Doctor Ángel Hugo Niccolai and the provincial Minister of Health, Doctor Luis César Martínez.
Anticipating the International Congress on IHSN, which will take place in Buenos Aires next September as part of ExpoMedical, the professionals held a debate entitled “Healthcare, Crisis and Reform.”
Speaking at the event, the vice-governor of the province said: “I am here to represent the Executive to accompany those who are linked through the exchange of experiences, ideas, diagnostics and security measures that help to improve the health of every citizen.
“The present government is focusing on the special and important issue of the health of our citizens. For this reason, we are accompanied by our Minister of Health who is involved in every issue in this area, and we are involved because we understand that it is a fundamental obligation of the State to make use of every tool at our disposal to improve the health of our people,” said Niccolai during the opening ceremony.
Minister Martínez thanked the Vice-Governor for his presence: “Niccolai is always with us, not just at the events but also during the planning and actions that we take in the field of healthcare.”
The official also expressed his gratitude to the national representatives of the different institutions that took part in the Pre-congress. “This is an opportunity to share knowledge and face up to new challenges in our effort to improve the population’s health,” he said.
