The training cycle will be based on e-learning methodology, following the MOOC (Mass Open Online Course) course model.
This remote, virtual focus will involve a learning process based on a community experience, and will provide all the knowledge necessary for a general vision of the health industry with a focus on strategic analysis and the development of institutional skills.
The course will have four main sections: “Introduction to Health Strategy”, “Analysis of the Environment: General Environment and Competitive Forces in the Local Environment,” “Internal Analysis: Determining Strengths, Weaknesses and Central Skills,” and “Tools for Strategic Planning: From Concept to Application.”
